Our Quality Policy
The foundation of our actions to ensure food safety and quality is outlined in our Quality Policy. This policy guides us to:
Build trust with consumers by offering products that meet their expectations for safety, quality, and taste.
Fully comply with all relevant food safety, regulatory, and quality requirements, both internal and external.
Foster a zero-defect, no-waste mindset across our entire organization.
Make quality and safety a company-wide objective, ensuring continuous improvement at all levels of production.

From Farm to Fork
Our Quality Management System begins with the sourcing of raw materials. We have built strong, long-term relationships with our suppliers and local farmers to ensure the highest quality ingredients while promoting sustainable farming practices. By supporting farmers in improving quality and adopting environmentally responsible techniques, we not only ensure the quality of our raw materials but also contribute to the well-being of rural communities.
To ensure safety and compliance, we maintain a strict qualification process for all our suppliers. Our Responsible Sourcing Guidelines require all suppliers to adhere to our high standards for quality and food safety. We regularly perform audits and inspections to ensure that our suppliers are in full compliance with both our internal standards and international food safety guidelines.

Quality by Design
As a responsible producer, we continuously work to strengthen our capabilities and refine our practices. We apply a proactive, risk-based approach to food safety, using tools like Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to assess and control risks throughout the production process. Our system is continually monitored through regular testing, with over [insert number] analytical tests performed annually to ensure product safety.
Our commitment to food safety is also supported by rigorous internal and external audits, and we actively seek improvements based on findings from these assessments. By leveraging lessons learned and applying innovative technologies, we aim to continuously enhance the safety and quality of our products.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
All employees involved in food safety and quality control undergo comprehensive training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other international food safety standards. This training is regularly updated to reflect evolving best practices, and ensures that every aspect of our manufacturing process is in full compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.
In addition, all new employees, part-time workers, and temporary staff undergo onboarding and training, followed by assessments to ensure their understanding of safety and quality requirements.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
We apply the internationally recognized HACCP system across our production processes. This system helps us to proactively identify, evaluate, and control food safety hazards from raw material sourcing through to final product distribution. Our HACCP plans and systems are independently verified to ensure full compliance with international standards, including ISO 22000 and ISO 22002-1.
Consumer Use and Product Safety
Our products carry clear, easy-to-understand labeling to ensure safe and proper use. We aim to provide our consumers with all the information they need to enjoy our products with confidence, knowing they meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Collaborating to Mitigate Risks
We work closely with industry partners, suppliers, and independent experts to stay ahead of potential food safety challenges. Through this collaboration, we identify emerging risks, such as chemical contaminants, packaging migrants, and microbiological hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Additionally, we employ cutting-edge technologies at our Quality Assurance Centers, enhancing our ability to assess risks and monitor product safety. These technologies allow us to continuously improve our food safety protocols and respond swiftly to any new challenges that arise, whether from environmental changes, geopolitical events, or other external factors.
